🧾 Ingredients



🍗 For Chicken

  • 500g chicken (with bone)

🍗 Step 1: Marinate Chicken

  • Mix chicken with:

    • turmeric

    • salt

    • ginger-garlic paste

  • Rest for 30–45 minutes

  • Heat oil + ghee in a cooker

  • Add whole spices → sauté

  • Add onions → fry till golden

  • Add green chillies + ginger-garlic paste

  • Add tomatoes → cook till soft
