05/8Fitness secrets I unveiled

For losing weight one should focus on maintaining a calorie deficit. Calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR) through an online website and eat 500 kcal less than it. BMR is the amount of energy that your body consumes while at rest. Eating less than BMR is what makes you lose weight. Workout and dieting are the keys to weight loss. Relying on just one of these will not show results. If one thinks that only by remaining in calorie deficit he'll lose weight (without exercising), he'll end up losing muscle mass and anorexic with many health-related problems. Exercising is essential to avoid muscle loss which may further lower your BMR. One should take care of his calorie intake in order to avoid health problems
