Wash the spinach well and peel only the leaves.

Heat oil in a frying pan and season with mustard, lentils, chickpeas, chilies, and curry leaves.

Then pour the onion and fry.

Once the onion is golden brown, add the grated coconut and stir fry the spinach.

Add salt, a little water, bring to a boil and serve.
