500g mutton (with bones)
1 cup curd
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt (to taste)
Handful of mint & coriander leaves
🍚 For Rice
2 cups basmati rice
Water for boiling
Salt

1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
2 cardamom pods

3 tbsp ghee
