  • 500g meat (chicken or mutton)

  • 2 tbsp curd (ensure no additives)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • Salt

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 3 tbsp oil + 2 tbsp ghee

  • 2 onions (sliced)

  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)

👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation




🔥 Step 1: Cook Meat

  • Pressure cook meat with:

    • turmeric

    • salt

    • curd

    • ginger-garlic paste

  • Keep the stock (important)


🍳 Step 2: Prepare Base

  • Heat oil + ghee

  • Add whole spices

  • Add onions → sauté till golden

  • Add ginger-garlic paste

  • Add tomatoes → cook until soft
