🧾 Ingredients




🍖 For Mutton / Chicken

  • 500g mutton or chicken

  • 1 cup curd

  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • Salt (to taste)


🍚 For Rice

  • 2 cups seeraga samba rice (very important)


🌶️ Thalappakatti Special Masala

  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds

  • 6–8 dried red chillies

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
